Apartment bookings procedure
- All reservations to be sent by email to mail@apartmentstay.travel.
- All reservations must include the following details: – client name
- Number of passengers (if any children, ages required) – arrival date
- Departure date
- Room type(s) required
- Apartment name
- Airport transfer required or not (with flight details)
- Confirmation of booking can only be given when full payment is received you can also prepay by a credit card (subject to 4% bank charges)
- A security or dilapidation deposit will be required for all apartments to cover the cost of any breakage’s.
- Booking will only be confirmed on receiving full prepayment. All apartment bookings require full prepayment even if you have credit or bank guarantee.
- If duration of stay changes or booking is amended after confirmation, refund subject to apartment being re-let & 10% admin charge
